- shows timer (in seconds)
- can collect extra lives
- when loses lives, game ends
- can collect special items (counts as gifts)
- objects move at different speed
- objects fly mostly at the range character can catch/avoid them, so no unavoidable harm
- each 60 seconds background changes, indicating new level.

I know it's in a very early stage, and for what it is, it feels cool, although some balls are impossible to dodge, but if you're going to improve it, I'll be here to support the development.
Hey, thanks for checking it out!
You can jump right after using crouch, so in theory it should be possible to dodge everything. Or at least not die when you can’t dodge, because there’s enough lives to catch. The balls fly at random, so everyone has unique experience with the game in that regard.
I’m not sure where this project will go, just something I did for CS50x course & to study and recreate design elements of some retro games. After tinkering with Scratch, it seems rather limiting to me compared to more “professional” game engines. Making a serious game will likely be more complex using Scratch than switching to something like Javascript with Canvas, Godot or GameMaker.
You can check out my profile page for other projects that more likely to get continuous development, than this one.
Perfect, just so you know, there are Scratch mods that are very popular and useful for this type of development. One is TurboWarp, which I actually use for my two games, and I make them well with that program. If you want, you can look into TurboWarp, which also has extensions to do even more. And if you decide not to continue the project, no problem. As for the other games, maybe I'll take a look at them to see how they are. Cheers.
I actually used TurboWarp to import the game into itch, but I didn’t know about mods I’ll check it out, thanks!
Ok!!
